In our great Pennsylvania home, we have access to many cultural significant landmarks. From the Liberty Bell to Constitution Hall, evidence of America’s illustrious past can be found around every corner. A lesser known site of interest we encourage you to check out is The Warhol in Pittsburgh, a museum dedicated to the work and legend of Pennsylvania native, Andy Warhol.
Easily accessed on your road trip in a PA RV rental from Freedom RV Rentals, The Warhol is the perfect destination for the art enthusiast in your family.
Andy Warhol is usually associated with 1960s New York, so why is The Warhol located in Pittsburgh? As mentioned above, although Mr. Warhol is one of the most iconic artists to come out of NYC, his legend began right here in Pennsylvania. Exhibits spanning his entire career, in and out of Pittsburgh, can be found at the museum.
